Incorporated in the Cayman Islands, JSM Indochina is a property fund set up to invest in retail and residential properties primarily in the central urban districts of the main cities in Indochina. At the present, JSM Indochina is focusing on emerging markets Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam and Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The real estate portfolio comprise real estate assets which are either already operational, under construction or those which are suitable for the development of serviced apartments and retail centres.
Following the result of the Company’s extraordinary general meeting, the Company’s investing policy is for an orderly realisation of the Company’s portfolio over the medium term with a view to maximising returns to shareholders. |
